The fruit is red this indicates that the fruit is rich in color pigment and antioxidant antosianin very high. Because of the high antioxidant content of strawberries has properties that very much. Besides strawberries were in vitamin C, fiber, low calorie, folate, potassium, and ellagic acid.
So by consuming eight strawberries every day, then the need for vitamin C and fiber, fulfilled adults. Strawberries contain Vitamin C as much as 56.7 mg per 100 grams. Vitamin C is believed to reduce cancer risk of 37% as released by the Women’s Health Study. Strawberries are also believed to be able to prevent breast cancer and cervix.

Various types of cancer that we know and this is another type of cancer, can also be found from an early age that is eye cancer or retinoblastoma. According to one expert, this type of cancer can be found even in children under 2 years old.

It is estimated that cancer caused the child’s dark eyes reflect light like this cat’s eye, caused by hereditary factors. Genes are derived from birth and caused cell growth in the retina (back of the eye) to malignant. Can occur in one on both eye at once.

There was no spesific complaints of eye cancer early stage. Even blindness symptoms were not felt. Only, if already started to stand out or even spread to the brain to the eye bags a new cause bumps and complaints. Began to feel like headache, nausea, vomiting, until loss of vision. If at all possible efforts to cure cancer removal can be performed, followed by chemotherapy.

Cancer is not a disease that can only be found in adults only. Some cancers can be detected even early on. Hearing the word cancer, everybody must have felt terrified and immediately thought of the risks. No one, a disease that no medicine is indeed identical with the most fatal risk of an illness, which died.

For example, lymph node cancer or malignant lymphoma is also a type of cancer that can be found in children. This cancer is a malignant growth of cells in lymph nodes.Which then causes a lump in the lymph nodes, without prior inflammation and pain. The lump can appear in the armpits, neck, and in the gut. If occurs in the armpits or neck, of course it would be easy to know, when palpable or visible. However, if it occurs in the intestine will usually cause stomach pains, vomiting, difficult bowel movements, and fever. The only way to be taken is to raise the lump through surgery. Then, chemotherapy should be given to anticipate the spread of cancer cells.

At this time we will discuss the reason for taking the fruit with the skin. The peel is where most of the fruit are vitamins and carbohydrates, minerals, fiber, etc..

The disadvantage of the fruit peel is that as we all know, agriculture chemicals are used in order to prevent insect infestation, and this product if we do not wash the fruit properly, what we eat in our body.

Apart from all the benefits it provides fruit, helps us to prevent possible diseases, such as colon cancer.

A significant percent of cancers could be prevented if during the life take a number of precautions that have been proven to reduce the chance of developing various cancers. In this paper we present some recommendations that should become facts of everyday life.

Change in eating habits: Calorie restriction, varied diet that meets the recommendations of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Avoid obesity from an early age. Obesity in childhood causes a precocious and incomplete development of the reproductive organs, the prelude to cancer of the reproductive organs.

Reducing animal fat in the diet. Animal fats stimulate the production of bile acids that are mixed with feces and travel to the colon where they are converted into carcinogenic compounds by bacteria in the intestinal flora.

Regular intake of animal protein. Besides helping to raise cholesterol levels, they are contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, drugs and toxic substances used in agriculture.

Increase intake of foods containing phytoestrogens such as soy, legumes, oleaginous fruits, and grains in general. These elements are sources of isoflavones, which have great antioxidant power.

Perform a systematic physical exercise. The recommended physical activity is brisk walking (6 km/h) three times per week minimum, or aerobic exercise at least 20 minutes daily. The household chores or agitated on a daily walk is not a form of physical activity. These activities create fatigue and exhaustion and not a substitute for routine physical activity.

High consumption of fruits and green leafy vegetables and green vegetables and red. These substances are rich in antioxidants like carotenoids. We suggest eating 2 or 3 pieces of fruit and at least one big salad daily intake equivalent to 400 to 800 grams per day.

Consumption of foods rich in fiber such as cereals and legumes for their content of carotenoids, vitamins C and E. We suggest eating between 600 and 800 grams of legumes, whole grains and meats.

Limit consumption of red meat and animal foods especially those high in fat. We suggest using less than 80 grams per day for the calorie intake of this food group does not exceed 10% of the total.

Avoid roast protein foods, particularly red meats because they tend to the formation of derivatives of pyridines and carbonyls, potentially carcinogenic substances.

Avoid alcohol and stop smoking completely. If you drink alcohol, it is recommended to be limited to two drinks or less per day for men, and one drink or less per day in women. In the case of wine for their proven protective effects is recommended to be limited to one or two drinks a day. Smoking is a major risk factor for lung cancer in the first place but also for other types such as cervical, breast and others.

Avoid consumption of smoked foods, salted and cooked directly on the fire or smoke. Smoked foods can contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be carcinogenic. The direct cooking produces aromatic amines, substances which may also be carcinogenic. On the surface of smoked meats all accumulate hydrocarbons such as benzopyrene, a known carcinogen.

Avoid eating too hot or cold. They can be irritating to mucous membranes.

Maintain regular habits, in quantity and times throughout the day and life for meals.

Drinking enough fluids throughout the day.

Limit use of salt as seasoning

Healthy habits are the key to preventing cancer. It is believed that up to two thirds of all cancers may be preventable meet these tips can help us here.

Follow these guidelines:balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetable consumption, low consumption of red meat and animal fats, avoiding salt and cured or smoked foods, eliminating smoking and low alcohol drinking is key to reducing all cancers in more than 30%.
