This is due mostly to the accumulation of fat in the deeper layers of the skin, giving a clumpy-or orange-peel skin the most visible part. Cellulite is caused in the arms, abdomen, buttocks and thighs, making women feel uncomfortable.

The reasons why cellulite appears there are several: it can be for a sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise, low water consumption, the use of very tight clothing, heredity or genetics. Therefore, from a very young must learn how to avoid it, that does not affect us when we have a majority. Drink plenty of water sports are one of the keys to a healthy body from the inside out.

This time we discuss this issue from the side of someone who already has cellulite and want to reduce or eliminate it. At home and through some very easy exercises and massages we can considerably reduce this evil that afflicts thousands of women in the world. Pay attention:

* With a cream containing L-carnitine, make circular movements in the affected area. This cream will penetrate and help eliminate toxins, which will cause the elimination of cellulite too.

* During the bath, use a soft sponge to massage it on the affected area for an average of 3 to 5 minutes a day. These massages can do with the liquid soap to the sponge to slide better for your body. These movements will improve circulation by making the accumulated fat droplets will dissolve with time.

* Consume eight glasses of pure water can help remove accumulated fat in your body.

* Change your eating habits to a diet low in fat and high in vegetables and fruits. Thus helping your body to go slowly purifying body fat.

* Exercise should be part of your daily routine or interday. Make squats to strengthen the muscles of the thighs. Another option is to throw you on the floor and lift your legs into the air at 90 degrees, with this exercise will strengthen your thighs, buttocks and abdomen.

All these steps you should follow with enthusiasm and, above all, with much evidence to give results.

The heart pumps blood through blood vessels called arteries and the blood carries vital oxygen with nutrients needed by tissues and organs throughout the body.

When cholesterol levels are above normal limits and stay high, some remnants of cholesterol are deposited in the arteries and through the years, they are hardened by a fatty substance called cholesterol plaque that accumulates on the walls of the arteries and reduces or blocks blood flow.

The organs supplied by these arteries are damaged because they can not get oxygen and nutrients needed by limiting blood flow through the arteries, so for example when blood flow to the brain is blocked, it causes a stroke or if the plaque completely blocks a coronary artery, is when we are in presence of a heart attack.

The cholesterol in the body comes from two sources, most of it is produced by the liver from various nutrients and especially saturated fat.

The liver produces almost all the cholesterol your body needs and the fact that all animals can make their own cholesterol, some of that cholesterol is incorporated into the human body by eating animal products.

These foods include meat, egg yolks, organ meats, whole milk and milk products, which when ingested cholesterol is absorbed by the intestine and is added to what the liver.

We also know that a diet high in saturated fat seems to increase the production of cholesterol in the body. Therefore, reducing dietary cholesterol and fat helps keep cholesterol levels in the blood within a healthy range.

A significant percent of cancers could be prevented if during the life take a number of precautions that have been proven to reduce the chance of developing various cancers. In this paper we present some recommendations that should become facts of everyday life.

Change in eating habits: Calorie restriction, varied diet that meets the recommendations of vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Avoid obesity from an early age. Obesity in childhood causes a precocious and incomplete development of the reproductive organs, the prelude to cancer of the reproductive organs.

Reducing animal fat in the diet. Animal fats stimulate the production of bile acids that are mixed with feces and travel to the colon where they are converted into carcinogenic compounds by bacteria in the intestinal flora.

Regular intake of animal protein. Besides helping to raise cholesterol levels, they are contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, drugs and toxic substances used in agriculture.

Increase intake of foods containing phytoestrogens such as soy, legumes, oleaginous fruits, and grains in general. These elements are sources of isoflavones, which have great antioxidant power.

Perform a systematic physical exercise. The recommended physical activity is brisk walking (6 km/h) three times per week minimum, or aerobic exercise at least 20 minutes daily. The household chores or agitated on a daily walk is not a form of physical activity. These activities create fatigue and exhaustion and not a substitute for routine physical activity.

High consumption of fruits and green leafy vegetables and green vegetables and red. These substances are rich in antioxidants like carotenoids. We suggest eating 2 or 3 pieces of fruit and at least one big salad daily intake equivalent to 400 to 800 grams per day.

Consumption of foods rich in fiber such as cereals and legumes for their content of carotenoids, vitamins C and E. We suggest eating between 600 and 800 grams of legumes, whole grains and meats.

Limit consumption of red meat and animal foods especially those high in fat. We suggest using less than 80 grams per day for the calorie intake of this food group does not exceed 10% of the total.

Avoid roast protein foods, particularly red meats because they tend to the formation of derivatives of pyridines and carbonyls, potentially carcinogenic substances.

Avoid alcohol and stop smoking completely. If you drink alcohol, it is recommended to be limited to two drinks or less per day for men, and one drink or less per day in women. In the case of wine for their proven protective effects is recommended to be limited to one or two drinks a day. Smoking is a major risk factor for lung cancer in the first place but also for other types such as cervical, breast and others.

Avoid consumption of smoked foods, salted and cooked directly on the fire or smoke. Smoked foods can contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be carcinogenic. The direct cooking produces aromatic amines, substances which may also be carcinogenic. On the surface of smoked meats all accumulate hydrocarbons such as benzopyrene, a known carcinogen.

Avoid eating too hot or cold. They can be irritating to mucous membranes.

Maintain regular habits, in quantity and times throughout the day and life for meals.

Drinking enough fluids throughout the day.

Limit use of salt as seasoning

Healthy habits are the key to preventing cancer. It is believed that up to two thirds of all cancers may be preventable meet these tips can help us here.

Follow these guidelines:balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetable consumption, low consumption of red meat and animal fats, avoiding salt and cured or smoked foods, eliminating smoking and low alcohol drinking is key to reducing all cancers in more than 30%.

Junk food causes lots of damage to health. For years, the WHO warning people about the bad habit of habitually eating fast food, but millions across the globe consume hamburgers, hot dogs, carbonated drinks, high-salt potato chips. Thousands of calories and fat saturated producing elevation of what is known as “bad” cholesterol or LDL cholesterol.

WHAT IS “bad” cholesterol?
If there is a “bad” cholesterol LDL – is because there is also a “good” cholesterol HDL -. It is important to understand the differences between them. The why is very well studied: HDL cholesterol helps to drive out of the blood vessels while LDL can be deposited within the walls of arteries. Over the years, end up obstructing the arteries and causing heart attacks, circulatory failure, and other conditions.

Currently, the medical literature recognizes the LDL cholesterol as a “murderer silent” because it undermines the blood vessels in a slow and relentless, and without causing symptoms. But in turn, recognizes that literature is not something casual or inherited, but its increase or decrease depends on the individual and particularly of their eating habits.

DIET “GOOD”
We provide some essential steps you can take into account to avoid the “bad” cholesterol and consume mainly food on the contrary raise the good cholesterol. ”

Discard when making a sandwich, hot dogs, sausage, salami and other sausages. Try lean turkey or chicken, tomato, peppers, cabbage, onions and other vegetables.

Avoid canned foods, full of fat and cholesterol.

Eat more seafood. Sardines and salmon are very appropriate, as they are rich in Omega-3 (good fat).

Avoid fat in general. Not only raise LDL cholesterol, they can also lower HDL levels. Stay away from butter, margarine, shortening, and processed foods containing partially hydrogenated soybean oil

Eat nuts, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts whenever possible. They are high in fat, but the good kind. Replace common butter, peanut butter, much more healthy and exquisite.

Limit desserts and especially industrial ice cream. Prepare fruit ice cream at home with nonfat milk, eat cookies flour, jelly, and yogurt.

Eat high fiber foods, especially bread, wheat flour and other grains, fruits, vegetables, beans (excellent vegetable protein) and cereals.

Eat the roast. This practice avoids using fat, and therefore it is far healthier. Eat more white meat, and smaller amounts of red meat.

Find a new salad dressing. Most of them are full of fatty acids and cholesterol. Olive oil is good, and you can add vinegar or lemon juice.

You can eat any amount of fruits and vegetables. They contain no cholesterol and provide many nutrients and antioxidants. Here are some of the most advantageous: green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, apple, orange, lemon, mango, papaya, pineapple, squash, tomatoes, garlic, onion, spinach and bananas.

Finally, it is advisable to add to this diet a good workout day. If you really do not like sports, which is much more pleasing, or do aerobics, a brisk long walk, especially uphill, helps eliminate “bad” cholesterol. Not that hard, just have to put effort.
