feet careIt is desirable to wash the feet daily, especially when sweating is important. Otherwise, there may be odor problems or infections. After washing drying are good, especially the interdigital spaces. This foot care is essential to athletes, from the easier to suffer yeast infections that often affect those areas with higher humidity.

These attacks are varied to the skin of the face. Environmental highlights, especially physical. Exposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun, excessive and without sufficient protection, favors an early aging of the skin. Other environmental conditions like cold and wind are harmful to the skin of the face and the excess moisture. On the other hand, be careful with chemical attack. These attacks come from the atmosphere as smoke or dust that is deposited in the skin, but also the implementation of certain chemicals or cosmetics (especially poorly preserved or not approved). The snuff is particularly harmful.

Not all people have the same skin type, which in different ways to resist these attacks. People with oily skin tend to better resist these noxious agents. Fat is a protective layer of the skin because it creates a blanket that covers the outer layer (with insulating properties and germinicidas). As a result of all these skin loses elasticity and flexibility changes, forming wrinkles and bags.

Skin careTo avoid deterioration of the skin that should know the characteristics of it. Oily skin can be easier to protect, but be careful with cleaning it. That skin secretions accumulate more often creating problems folliculitis. Dry skin should be protected more carefully. To do this, avoid excessive exposure to physical aggression (ultraviolet, humidity, wind) and chemical. At the end of the day or sometime even more should protect it with a moisturizer. But also be careful performing a cleaning of the order to remove traces of cosmetics or creams (often trap dust and other substances). This cleaning is recommended to be at least twice daily, using sponge or soft brush (remove traces of dirt or damaged corneas layers, without damaging the skin). You should delete the snuff and as many claim, manage stress and make toning massage (not excessively stretching the skin, especially down) of the facial muscles as they improve their strength and flexibility. In this sense, laughter seems to be a highly recommended therapy.
