Sinusitis Treatment Therapy

Sinusitis treatment therapy includes both homeopathic and traditional medicines. The goal of treatment is to: reduce inflammation and improve drainage in the nostrils, reduce mucus in the nose and lungs, reduce sinus pain and pressure, and resolve any infection that might be present so that the sinus tissue damage does not occur.

Drinking water, tea, fruit juices and other drinks to maintain hydration of the body and supports the channel cleaning the nose. Inhaling steam or hot water vapor (in the bath or sitting on a bowl of hot water a few times) per day also helps to relieve symptoms. NSAIDs, aspirin, and acetaminophen can all be used to relieve pain and sinus pain. Acetaminophen, but did not reduce inflammation.
