Tips to Relieve Discomfort when Jogging

Physical exercise is a healthy habit that not only helps us define our figure, it also improves the functioning of our body. One of the most popular sports practiced by men and women is jogging. Running has become a routine part of many who find this practice a great way to release tension and feel better.

However, if we do not take the necessary precautions may be some discomfort. To help jog your hours are quite pleasant, then we detail a list of tips to cure the most common complaints presented by the runners:

Sore foot.
Locate a flat stone and heat it in the microwave for a minute until it is warm, not hot. Pass by the sole of the foot and between your fingers until the pain goes away or cool stone.

Pain in the arches of the feet.
