How to breathe
Breathing is an essential function of the body. Life itself begins inahalando our first “portion” of oxygen and exhale ends when the last time. Not doing it is a habit that affects almost unnoticed.
Often, patients suffering from diseases that involve some type of chronic pain do not breathe properly. This is just one case. Most people with stress problems not breathe well. They do it holding my breath for short periods of time without realizing it, which is probably an unconscious way of reacting to pain, but it can backfire, worsening other central nervous system symptoms associated with stress and anxiety.
