The Goal of a Healthy Stress

The goal of a healthy stress is to have a specific objective focus with measurable targets and timetables. Healthy stress must create an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation to achieve certain goals. If the schedule is extended, then there must also identify the milestones to progress along the road. If the short deadline it must be clearly identified resources to support.
